Time to wash

Once a Pre-K teacher, always a Pre-K teacher! I suppose that my mind will always be geared toward children friendly activities and crafts, games and songs. Paxtin will just have to learn to deal with me singing her a made up song to every move she makes. ; )

Today's activity? Scrubbing the table. I did this with a class I had a few years ago, but we used large rubber maid buckets with soapy water, they wore old kitchen gloves (SOOOO cute) and they washed the fake dishes and kitchen food. This was an impromptu decision by me, but Pax had a ball. I think next time, we will try it outside though...and I am going to get her some more little dishes to wash, too.

We then dried the table together, but I have no shots of this because she was screaming due to the fact that I took away the scrubby brush. I think I've got a potential dish washer on my hands...I hope. ; )
